2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
8 cups shredded green cabbage
1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
3 to 4 cloves garlic ( minced fine )
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
salt and pepper ( to taste )

In a large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium heat; add cabbage, garlic and brown sugar.
Saute until the cabbage is limp - about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in vinegar.
