Cabbage salad with peppers

1 head of cabbage
2 red peppers
2 tomatoes
3 carrots
1 bunch of parsley
salt to taste
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1.5 tablespoons vinegar
Clean and chop the cabbage. Mash it with salt. Clean and chop the other vegetables, such as carrots planed them. In a large bowl mix all the vegetables, add the chopped parsley, oil and vinegar. Stir well and serve

2 c all purpose flour

1 c shredded zucchini ( patted dry )
