1 package active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
7 cups flour
1/4 cup vegetable shortening
oil for deep frying
confectioners sugar for dusting ( or burying, depending on your taste )
