This is an awesome, spicy, New Orleans inspired dish!

Box of Zatarains pinto beans seasoning
1 lrg can of pinto beans
1 1/2 cups water
Smoked sausage or keilbasa
2 cups of long grain rice cooked to package specification
1tbsp freeze dried or fresh cilantro
