Traditional Lasagna with a spicy twist.

12 lasagna noodles
olive oil
1 red onion, diced
1 bell pepper, any color, diced
1 stalk celery
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
6 ounce can no salt added tomato paste
1 1/2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 cup shredded parmesan and romano cheese
2 cups shredded extra sharp sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups shedded Monterey jack cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat the oven to 375º F. Cook the noodles according to the package directions.
