Salmon makes a great alternative to fish or beef in these Cajun salmon fajitas, for a delicious dinner with only a few minutes effort.
2 salmon fillets
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 red onion
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp cajun seasoning
4 flour tortillas

Pre-heat your oven to 220ºC/200ºC fan.
