A deliciously soft and chewy, candy-filled blondie in an all-butter pie crust!

½ cup (113g) butter, diced and chilled
1 and ¼ cups (156g) plain flour
¼ teaspoon salt
2-4 tablespoons ice water
1 cup (200g) brown sugar
¼ cup (56g) unsalted butter, softened
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup (125g) plain flour
1 cup candy bars
Extra candy for the top of the pie
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and salt, add 2tbsp water, then cut the diced butter in using a pastry cutter. Alternatively, use a food processor and pulse a few times until a dough ball forms....
