Chocolate brownies topped with eggless cookie dough & candy corn.

our favorite brownies - baked & cooled (boxed or homemade)
3/4 cup butter (1-1/2 sticks)
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp milk
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup candy corn
