Cupcakes:
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Coffee Cream:
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. instant espresso or coffee granules
Fudge Sauce:
4 squares ( 1 oz each semisweet chocolate )
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
To Make Cupcakes: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat until all mixed in. Dissolve instant espresso in milk and set aside. Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt....
