One of our favorite summertime salads is Caprese Salad. I mean we can't get enough of it, especially when garden ripe tomatoes are in season. We found some beautiful bigger than large cherry tomatoes but smaller than Roma tomatoes and came up with these little beauties. They are a "one bite wonder." Not only are they beautiful, they are fun and they just scream summertime and freshness. Fix them for your next BBQ, potluck or dinner party. Your dinner guests and friends will be so impressed!
