If you don\\\\\\\'t have the time to make a pie but you still need a quick dessert fix, this single-serve Caramel Apple Parfait is for you!

For the crust layer:
3 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. pecans, finely chopped
2 Yoplait Apple Crisp containers (6 oz. each)
For the caramel layer:
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbps. caramel bits
4 tsp. heavy cream

1 Granny Smith Apple, diced (I like the contrast of its tartness with the sweetness of the other layers)
