•6 cups sliced apples.(about 6 to 8 medium sized, fresh apples)
•1Tablespoon vanilla
•1 Cup brown sugar
•1 tsp. cinnamon
•1/2 tsp. nutmeg
•4 Tablespoons all purpose flour
•(for the 9 inch regular, not deep dish, pie crust)
•2 Cups flour
•1/4 tsp. salt
•1/2 Cup coconut oil
•4 to 6 tablespoons water
•1 egg white-slightly whisked
•1 to 2 tsp. granulated sugar
•1Tablespoon vanilla
