1 cup unsalted butter softened
1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 large eggs at room temperature
1 large egg yolk at room temperature
1 cup buttermilk at room temperature
1 cup walnuts chopped
Topping:
1 1/2 cups Recipe Easy Creamy Caramel Sauce ( plus more for drizzling )
1/2 cup toffee bits
Icing:
12 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
6 tablespoon unsalted butter room temperature
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
