CARAMEL APPLE SCONES at Everyday Made Fresh

1 large granny smith apple, peeled and chopped into tiny pieces
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder

1 cup Oikos vanilla Greek yogurt (or non-dairy yogurt brand of choice)

4 tablespoons butter (or non-dairy brand of choice)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk (or non-dairy brand of choice)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup powdered sugar
