Snickerdoodle cookie dough is stuffed with creamy caramel and apples and baked in a skillet until golden!

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup salted butter, softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 can Apple Pie Filling
3/4 cup caramel bits (or caramel sauce from jar)
3 Tbs heavy cream
2 Tbs sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
