This made-from-scratch Southern Caramel Cake is a rich, decadent dessert that's perfect for special occasions. 1.5 c sugar
3 eggs
1 t vanilla extract
1 t butter flavoring
2.25 c cake flour
1.5 t baking powder
1 t baking soda

3/4 c buttermilk
