1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 1/2 Cups Oats
1 and 3/4 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Mixed Spice
220g Butter, Melted
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Vanilla Essence
1 and 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips
