1 cup Plain low fat Greek yogurt
1 Red onion ( large, thinly sliced )
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoons Corn meal
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
4 Figs ( Thinly sliced into 5-6 slices each )
4 oz Goat cheese
8 Springs fresh thyme
2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
