Caramelized Shallots

Caramelized Shallots are a thing of beauty. I could have Caramelized Shallots with any meal of the day … omelets for breakfast, a lovely sandwich or a salad for lunch and there are so many options for dinner from baked potatoes or any meat, poultry or fish. I’m not going to lie, I do snack straight from the pan when I’m making up a batch.
