Delicious carrot cake flavors in jam form. Perfect instead of syrup on pancakes, delicious on toast and in oatmeal? To die for.

1 1/2 cup carrots (peeled and grated)
1 1/2 cup granny smith apples (peeled and grated)
2 cans crushed pineapple (with juice)
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 cup raisins
2 packages pectin (1.75 oz each)
13 cups sugar
1 teaspoon butter
2 cups water
Step 1 Prepare jars and lids. Combine carrots, apples, pineapple, lemon juice and seasonings in a large saucepan (you are going to be adding 13 cups of sugar so plan ahead!) Bring to a boil over high heat...
