1 cup coconut chips ( shredded )
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup certified gluten-free oats
teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup Medjool dates ( Pitted, soaked )
1-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
3/4 cups carrot ( grated from 1 1/2 large carrots )
teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coconut oil ( melted or solid )
GLAZE:
1/8 cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
teaspoons cinnamon
