This Carrot Cake Smoothie contains all of the delicious flavors of carrot cake, as well as cozy spices like pumpkin spice, natural sweeteners from fruit, carrots, and maple syrup, and other simple ingredients high in nutrients.

1 banana
1/2 zucchini ( chopped )
2 carrots ( chopped )
1 teaspoon creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon flax seeds
4 tablespoons coconut yogurt
1/2 avocado ( small )
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 teaspoon maple syrup
120 ml coconut milk
Topping:
1 tablespoon coconut yogurt
2 walnuts ( chopped )
1 teaspoon cinnamon
