Carrot Energy Balls are super delicious, crunchy, soft and perfect as a post workout snack, kids friendly, and packed with all the nutrients.

150 g carrots
15 Medjool dates
75 g roasted almonds
115 g walnuts
4 tablespoons shredded coconut
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1/8 teaspoon clove powder
