These Carrot Oatmeal Bars with Cream Cheese Glaze are a sweet breakfast, snack, or satisfying dessert. 1/4 c salted butter
1 egg
2 c peeled and grated carrots
1 t vanilla extract
1 c all-purpose flour
1 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t ginger
1/8 t allspice

1/2 t salt
3/4 c uncooked quick oats
