Carrot Pineapple Bread

A delicate flavored, delightfully pretty bread that is so quick and easy to make!

3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 ½ cups sugar
1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups shredded carrots (OR 1 10 ounce bag)
1 cup chopped pecans
