13 oz. smoked sausage
1 small onion
1 green bell pepper
2 stalks celery
14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes
1 c chicken broth
1/2 c white wine
29 oz canned cannellini beans
2 c cooked shredded chicken
1 t red wine vinegar
1/2 t kosher salt
1/4 t black pepper
1 t chopped fresh thyme
2 T chopped fresh parsley
