Cauliflower Crust Pizza

I love pizza and let\\\'s be honest: who doesn\\\'t? So I that it will be better for me to find a way to eat more pizza! So I tried a cauliflower crust instead of the original dough and I love it!
Crust
- 1 cauliflower head;
- 3 eggs;
- 3 tablespoons of grated mozzarella;
- salt;
Toppings
- Here you can add any topping you want, I will describe my recipe for today;
- 200 g tomato paste or ketchup;
- 150 g grated mozzarella;
- 5-6 slices of spicy chorizo salami;
- 2-3 slices of prosciutto crudo;
- 2 tablespoons of sweet corn;
- 1 small green onion;
- 4-5 small mushrooms;
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes;
- oregano;
- 1 cauliflower head;
