1 tbsp coconut oil
2 courgette shavings
1 pepper (red or orange)
5 mushrooms (chestnut type)
1 head broccoli (florets)

2 carrot shavings
4 cloves garlic
3 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tsp Sesame seeds (black and white mix)
