These fluffy pancakes are the perfect use for leftover champagne.

1 1/2 cups flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1 egg
1 1/4 cup champagne
