This Persimmon Banana Chia Pudding recipe is so healthy and 100% vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and most of all the tastiest one I've ever made :).

1.5 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 banana
1/3 cup (70 ml) of unsweetened non-dairy milk

3 small garlic cloves ( peeled )
2 tbsp sesame tahini
2 tsp lemon juice
