3 c all purpose flour
2 T baking powder
3/4 t kosher salt
12 T salted butter
1.25 c buttermilk
1 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 T melted butter ( for brushing )
  • Preheat oven to 425° F. Line two baking sheets with parchment and silicone mats. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
