Easy eggs that bake in the oven.

1 tablespoon unsalted butter
12 eggs, beaten
8 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese
16 ounces small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup all purpose flour

Preheat the oven to 350ยบ F.

Brush the baking dish with the melted butter.

In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, pepper jack cheese, cottage cheese and flour.
