1 12-ounce bottle beer
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. milk
4 cups flour
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. yeast
1 tsp. pepper ( optional )
8 ounces shredded cheese
2 Tbsp. butter ( melted )
Grease 2, 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. In medium saucepan warm beer. Stir in milk and 2 Tbsp. butter to melt. Pour into bowl. Let cool until just barely warm. Add flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Add pepper if...
