Cheesy Bites Recipe

Man oh man I had a hard time naming this recipe. So my first name I came up with was Caprese Bite; however, I sat here and changed it. Let me tell you why. I come across a lot of people who do not know what a caprese salad is ( which is my favorite food of ALL time – I literally could live off this stuff). I thought it would be perfect to place in a wonton wrapper but I did not want anyone be put off by the name. My whole family ate these babies up so fast.

Putting a little Southern spin on classic New England lobster rolls with these simple and delicious shrimp rolls! 2 T salted butter
1 lb. peeled and deveined cooked shrimp
1 stalk celery
2 green onions
1/3 c mayonnaise
1 t lemon juice
1 t white vinegar
1 T minced fresh dill
1/4 t Old Bay seasoning
1/4 t sugar
Kosher salt and black pepper ( to taste )
4 hot dog buns
