6 bratwurst ( browned and cut into 1/2-inch pieces )
4 medium potatoes ( peeled and cubed )
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1 15-ounce can green beans
1 small red pepper ( chopped )
2 cups shredded Cheddar
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup water

Put everything into the crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours or until potatoes are tender.
