Lasagna full of different cheeses.

1 pound ground turkey
1 pound ground sweet or spicy Italian sausage
2-15 ounce cans no salt added tomato sauce
2-6 ounce cans no salt added tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 eggs
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
3 cup small curd cottage cheese
8 ounces ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
6 slices provolone cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
