So, before you read the directions, you should just know - these babies are made in the Microwave. Really. I know that some of you may be a little hesitant to try baking potatoes in the microwave, but trust me. It works. And they may not be as crispy as fried potato wedges, but I think they are still a great-tasting side dish.
