Cheesy Tortellini


This cheesy tortellini 30 minute meal, would be awesome right after Christmas – you know to use up all that ham! Or on those nights where you need to eat and run. My mother in law made this one night for my picky eats, and my goodness – was it ever good! I love the creaminess from the ricotta cheese, and I love the addition of ham and peas. If you don’t want to use ham, you could also use prosciutto. Or omit it all together, but we love ham!

In a large pot of salted boiling water – cook the tortellini for 10 minutes.
