Cherry Fluff Cheesecake

This recipe has everything you love in a no bake cheesecake; a crumbly graham cracker crust, delicious creamy filling and bright cherries on top. This is by far a favorite recipe of mine and I'm always sad when it's gone. You're gonna love this cheesecake!

For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon ( optional )
7 tbsp butter ( melted )
For the Filling:
1 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups marshmallows
4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp dark brown sugar ( plus 2 tsp )
1/2 cup milk ( plus 6 tbsp )
1/2 package cheesecake instant pudding mix
1 can cherry filling
  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter together in a pie pan. I just use a spoon to mix it together until its all moistened.
  2. Press firmly into pie plate and chill...
