Cherry Habanero Jam

Homemade jam is easier than you thought. Take our new spin on pepper jelly for example. This CHERRY HABANERO version is ready in less than 30 minutes. It\\\'s sweet heat is easy to enjoy as a jam, or even as a marinade for grilled meats-- like pork or chicken.

4 heaping cups dark red, sweet cherries
1 cup finely diced red pepper
1 small habanero pepper
4 1/2 cups white granulated sugar
6 tbsp Ball Real Fruit Pectin Classic
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp butter (optional)
