Baked Ambrosia

Loaded with warm spices, and packed with ground walnuts, these Chewy Walnut Spice Cookies with Honey Glaze make a wonderful addition to your holiday assortment.

1 cup butter ( room temperature )
1 cup dark brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup ground walnuts
1 cup granulated sugar ( for rolling )
Honey Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
