Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells
Pasta shells are stuffed with a cheesy chicken mixture and then they are covered in a homemade Alfredo sauce and topped with more cheese.
2 cups cooked shredded chicken breasts
15 ounces ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons dried Itallian seasoning
black pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 cups half and half
1 cup heavy cream
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Preheat the oven to 375º F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
