An easy family meal that's filled with fruity flavour.

1 tbsp Cooking oil
1 Onion ( Finely Diced )
2 cloves Garlic ( Crushed )
1 Inch Root Ginger ( Grated )
1 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Mixed Spice
4 Chicken Breasts ( Chopped )
400 g Tinned Tomatoes
500 ml Chicken Stock
1 tbsp Honey
200 g Dried Apricots ( Cut in half )
50 g Raisins
120 g Giant Couscous
50 g Flaked Almonds

This cheese bake is very easy and quick, so anyone can make this, including those who have lots to do or those of you who have not enough time.

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper

1. Cut the big prawn in half.

2. Put mayonnaise, milk, mustard , salt and pepper in a jam jar. Close the lid and shake it.

For the Dough:
