Chicken and Broccoli Crescent Braid

1.5 c frozen baby broccoli florets ( thawed and drained )
.5 c diced sweet bell pepper
.25 c sliced green onion
.5 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
.5 c mayonnaise
.5 c sour cream
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper ( to taste )
