Chicken and Corn Casserole

1/3 c all purpose flour
1/2 t celery salt
3/4 t salt
2 c milk ( at room temperature )
2 c chopped cooked chicken
2 c corn kernels
1/4 c Ritz cracker crumbs ( mixed with 1 T melted butter )
