Chicken and Mushroom Fricassee

I am sharing a mouth watering, delicious, absolutely to die for chicken dish. Seriously. Oh My Gawd! This is so easy and so damn good you will want to eat it every week! Guess what? You can! It is low in calories and uses ingredients you probably have in your fridge anyways! This recipe is being added to my Go-Tos for sure!

4 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon oil
1 lb. mushrooms ( chopped )
1 cup onion ( diced )
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon flour
1 clove garlic ( pressed )
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/3 cup sour cream
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons parsley ( chopped )

Pat the chicken dry, and lightly pound the chicken breast to an even layer using a meat mallet. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
