Are you obsessed with a chicken recipe? Better question, is chicken that great? Well, this chicken in Fresh Tomatoes-Basil is unquestionably great. The texture, the savory, everything yeah everything collides! The sweet-pungent smell of basil is raising my appetite.

1 lb chicken breasts ( boneless skinless )
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 yellow onion ( diced )
3 garlic cloves ( minced )
14.5 ounce can Italian chopped tomatoes
1 cup one handful fresh basil ( loosely packed, cut into ribbons )
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes ( crushed )
4 zucchini courgette ( spiralized into spaghetti-like noodles medium )
salt and pepper to taste
