375 g dried pasta ( fusilli )
1 1/2 cups small broccoli ( florets )
1 cup peas and corn ( frozen )
1 1/2 tbsp margarine ( light )
1/4 cup flour ( plain )
2 (1/2 cups) milk ( warm, reduced-fat )
1 cup cheese ( reduced-fat grated )
3 cups cooked chicken ( choped )
100 g baby spinach
2 green onion ( thinly sliced )
1/4 cup panco breadcrumbs
