2 cloves garlic
1/3 c all purpose flour

.25 t black pepper
14.5 oz chicken broth
1 c whole milk
4 c cooked wild rice
3-4 c cooked and shredded chicken
2 T chopped fresh parsley
1 t fresh thyme
1 c Ritz cracker crumbs
