This is a recipe for a healthy, homemade, delicious breakfast chicken and biscuits. Chicken is marinated in buttermilk and pickle juice and then dipped into a mixture of whole wheat flour and spices and slightly sautéed till golden brown. Biscuits are made from scratch and are fluffy, flaky and buttery.
